Whispers of the Sea, Echoes of You A Spring Retreat by the Sea
Saturday 17 May 2025 | 8.00am–7.00pm
Woolacombe & Mortehoe, North Devon
Let the rhythm of the sea guide you home to yourself.
This spring retreat invites you to step into the spaciousness of nature and reconnect with the quiet strength that lives within. Held gently between the vastness of the ocean and the intimacy of breath, movement, and rest, this is a day to awaken your energy and prepare for the season ahead—refreshed, restored, and more fully you.
As the light returns and the earth begins to bloom, we’ll gather in two beautiful coastal settings to move, breathe, be still, and simply remember.
Retreat Flow
8.00am | Ocean-View Yoga & Breathwork – Watersmeet Hotel
We begin on the lawn, flowing through a heart-opening practice overlooking the sea. With breath as our guide and spring energy rising, we invite clarity, softness and space into body and mind.
9.15am | Breakfast & Spa Time
Enjoy a delicious cooked and continental breakfast, then take time to unwind in the hotel’s indoor or outdoor pool, steam room, or simply rest by the sea. You might choose a walk to Mortepoint, journal on the sand, or simply be held by stillness.
1.00pm | Seasonal Lunch – The Town Farmhouse, Mortehoe
We’ll regroup in the heart of the village to enjoy a seasonal, locally-sourced lunch in the warm and rustic setting of the Town Farmhouse.
2.30pm | Grounding Practice & Deep Rest
Our afternoon session is designed to support your emergence from winter into the lighter, brighter energy of summer. We’ll explore slow, breath-led movement and a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound journey to settle the nervous system and realign body and soul.
5.00pm | Closing Thali Supper
We’ll gather one final time for a lovingly prepared Thali supper – a feast of seasonal flavours shared by fairylights in the evening joy.
