With over three decades of teaching, I've dedicated my life to understanding this interplay of our existence. My approach, grounded in both lived experiences and continuous learning, is all about holistic embodiment: integrating mind, body, and soul. I offer both group classes, available in-person and online, as well as intimate one-to-one coaching. Every session is meticulously designed with your uniqueness at its core, ensuring that our time together is meaningful, fulfilling, and transformative.
My goal? To guide you to feel empowered so you can find and cultivate joy, strength, ease, and peace both on the yoga mat and in the dance of life.
