Yoga, icy swims & friendships

There's something truly special about starting your Sunday morning with a group of wonderful people, practicing yoga on the beach, and feeling the cool breeze on your skin. As a teacher, I'm always inspired by the camaraderie and energy that my students bring to the mat or sand in this case, and this Sunday was no exception.

As we flowed through our yoga practice, observing the abundance of natural beauty around us. The sounds of the ocean, the sight and sound of galloping horses on the beach, and the curious eye of the passersby made our practice even more special.

But what really stood out to me was the sense of community and support that my students brought to the practice. Even as we wobbled in our standing tree poses, we cheered each other on and lifted each other up. It's moments like these that remind me why I teach.

And then, after our practice, we decided to take an icy dip in the ocean. The fear and anxiety of being cold were real, but we overcame them together. We felt invigorated, alive, and proud of ourselves for taking on this challenge.

To my amazing students, thank you for your boundless energy, drive, determination, love, and support. You are my inspiration and the reason why I teach. I have so much love and gratitude to you.

If you're looking for a supportive community that will encourage you to be your best self, I invite you to join us on the beach next Sunday.
