Pre Retreat Zoom Session

Once you have booked your retreat, we will have a zoom meeting to create the perfect package for you.

Friday Evening

4pm we will meet, connect and check in to see how you are feeling and go over your schedule for any tweaks

5 pm Enjoy a Movement session to unwind from your drive,

free time to take yourself off for a nice dinner and chilled evening ready for your weekend or book me / us for your company (extra charge)

Saturday

Enjoy a lazy morning, go for a walk, read, or book a Saturday morning group session ( extra)

Meet at 12:30
