For your bespoke one-to-one day retreat service, personalisation and attention to your preferences and goals are paramount.

Initial Consultation:

- Prior to the retreat, we will have a detailed discussion to understand your specific needs, goals, and preferences.

- Discuss any physical, emotional, or spiritual aspects you may wish to focus on.

- Based on the consultation, I will design a customised schedule for the day that caters specifically to your requirements.

- Including activities that align with your interests, whether it's relaxation, self-discovery, physical health, or spiritual exploration.

I will create a warm and inviting atmosphere at our Studio location.

Personalised Schedule example

- 11:00am

- We will open with a personalised session that could include yoga, Pilates, meditation, tailored to your physical and emotional condition and preference.

Juice Break prepared by one of our chosen venues or chefs

12:30

- One-on-one session focused on personal growth or self-discovery, which could include embodiment coaching, life skills, guided meditation, One to one reformer, Yoga or creative exercises.

Lunch followed by

2:30

Shinrin Yoku - reflective and meditative walk in nature

3:30

A therapeutic session, such as a massage, reflexology, or another bodywork treatment of you choice

- Time for relaxation or personal reflection, possibly in nature or in the studio chill zone

- Late Afternoon:

5 - Sound Bath or Hot Stones Restorative Yoga

Follow-Up Session 1-2 weeks after the Retreat Day

- After the retreat, there will be a follow-up consultation to discuss your experience, any insights gained, and potential next steps or recommendations for your continued personal journey.
