11:00am meet greet, croissant and a smoothie followed by your private coaching session. We will go over your planned schedule for the day
12:30-1:30 Movement Session designed for your goals and needs in mind. This maybe Yoga, Pilates, Reformer, Ladder, barre or a combination
1:30-2 Meditation and breath work to work for you
2-4 pleasure break for lunch and time for a scenic beach or sand dune walk
4-5 Bespoke bodywork treatment in the therapy room
5-530 Quiet reflective time, lie on the bean bag and snooze in the studio
5:30-6:30 Finish your day with a private soundbath or restorative yoga with reiki or hot stones
free time for dinner, this is not included and would need to be booked in advance to ensure you had somewhere to eat. if you are on your own and would like company this is an additional cost to you, if you need a personal chef we have the right people for you.
If you would like a dinner with Sue and Peter with a personal chef in their home, have deep meaningful discussions regarding wellbeing or just company this can be arranged as an evening fee and dining
Sunday
join our regular group beach yoga and optional dip in the ocean, or enjoy your own free time before you start your personalised day
11:30 Brunch at Meraki or the hotel, both are on South St, an allowance will be catered for, if you need company this can be arranged
12:30 bespoke treatment in the therapy room
1:30-2:45 bespoke restorative, meditation, breath work and reflection
2:45-3:15 Juice break
3:30 Coaching, conclusion, journaling and plan for moving forward
5pm depart
