• Flows to Release Fascia: Our gentle, flowing sequences are designed to release tension in the fascia (the body’s connective tissue), improving flexibility, energy flow, and overall comfort in movement.
• Alignment for Joint Health: Learn how to align your body in a way that supports your joints, builds strength, and reduces wear and tear over time. With the help of props and thoughtful guidance, you’ll feel empowered to move safely and effectively in each pose.
• Movement and Stillness for Deep Release: Alternating between flowing movement and stillness allows you to notice and release patterns of tension in the body and mind. It’s an opportunity to process, shift, and feel renewed.
• Relaxation in Savasana: Each session concludes with a restorative savasana, a deep relaxation that integrates the benefits of your practice, leaving you calm, grounded, and energised.
