A shala is a Sanskrit word that means "home" or "house," and in the context of yoga and holistic practices, it refers to a sacred space dedicated to practice, learning, and healing. A shala is more than just a physical room; it carries a sense of intentionality, calm, and focus, often designed to support connection to oneself, others, and the surrounding environment.

Sessions are all optional, please feel free to do as many or as little as you feel is right for you.

Sessions are designed around Autumn Season and maybe be adjusted in style, timing as necessary as Sue will work with the energy of the Retreaters to guide and weave balance in Mind Body Spirit, Practices, Energy, Yin-Yang, Elements (Earth-Fire-Water-Air) for and Integral Approach to Holistic Wellbeing for a enriching Retreat.

Options are given through out for needs.

7:00pm Quench and Dine

9pm Breath, Intentions & Sound Sleep Nidra

in the Shala feel free to be in PjS so you can crawl straight into bed

10:30 Lights out Nurture Through Sleep- Bed

Saturday

8:00am Morning Detox Flow outside

8:45am Heart Opening Yoga Flow, Shala

10:30 Brunch

free time

( go to the beach or stay and chill,

or walk to the pub your choice or book

a thai massage with Sue Sat/Sun only 2 spaces £80)

3pm Wisdom of Autumn -talk, breath, Yin
