What makes a retreat special?

One of the most beautiful things my retreat creates is bonding and connection. How through natural being, feeling at ease, safe and grounded, accepting the self helps to accept others with love and compassion. And there, finding ones own self worth, creates peace and opens the heart to create those lovely bonds with others. It is a beautiful thing to witness and be a part of. Laughter is encouraged, play is encouraged, silence is encouraged. Curiosity is paramount, Come as you are and leave shining, inspired and more radiant YOU.
